Injured Duck

8:42 a.m. An injured duck was spotted waddling down an alley behind North Cedar Drive.

9:01 a.m. A man on Walsh Road reported that sometime around last Christmas someone came onto his property and shaved off the top of one of his trees. He estimates the damage to be approximately $400.

9:27 a.m. A Kalispell man reported that the woman he lives with tossed a laundry basket at him. He was not seriously injured.

12:11 p.m. An Evergreen student brought a pot pipe to school.

1:40 p.m. A Freckles Lane resident reported that his neighbor’s dogs were in his yard yesterday. At the time of the call they were safely contained within their own yard.

3:15 p.m. Two dogs were seen chasing deer behind a dairy farm on Helena Flats Road.

3:50 p.m. More dogs were chasing deer on East Edgewood Drive.

5:38 p.m. A woman on Shady Lane reported that someone broke in and stole her Army combat knife.

6:53 p.m. A Marion resident reported that the locals are unable to access the post office due to the excessive number of skateboarders in the parking lot.

7:48 p.m. A man on Highway 2 East in Kalispell reported that someone broke into his home and stole his gaming console, some movies, and his TV.

9:51 p.m. An employee of a local gas station reported that a highly intoxicated man stumbled around the store before getting into his silver car and driving off.

10:16 p.m. A man in an old pickup was seen “flying in and out of driveways” on Airport Road.

3:17 a.m. A Martin City man reported that he awoke to find someone outside wrecking his Land Cruiser with a sledge hammer. The person ran off before he was able to see who it was.
