2:19 p.m. Two child-size bikes were stolen out of a front yard on Fifth Avenue West.
4:26 p.m. A woman reported that she was harassed by her brother during a confrontation at a care facility.
7:18 p.m. A Marion resident reported that the neighbor man was outside Army crawling through the grass.
10:12 p.m. A woman reported being startled by the guitar toting, bearded man she encountered when leaving a building on Second Street West.
10:55 p.m. Someone called from an apartment complex on First Avenue West and reported that the downstairs neighbor was pounding on the ceiling.
11:52 p.m. Reportedly, children in dark clothing had gathered in the intersection of West Reserve Drive and Whitefish Stage Road. A driver reported that he nearly ran them over.
