9:21 a.m. A campground host in Hungry Horse caught a young girl smoking marijuana. Her parents, who were out of town, were notified.
10:29 a.m. A Coram man confessed to busting a window out of a car that was parked outside of a local bar.
11:21 a.m. Two horses jumped their fence and ran free down Helena Flats Road. They were eventually caught and made to return home.
11:38 a.m. A woman reported that her neighbor has a box of dead magpies on his porch and that this morning he shot and injured yet another magpie. At the time of the call she was attempting to catch the injured bird, but felt she needed some assistance.
12:27 p.m. Someone called from Somers to report finding a bullet hole in the bow of their boat. The caller suspected the incident occurred sometime between last year and today.
1:46 p.m. Someone called in worried about three young boys who were playing on a tree that had fallen into the river. A deputy found four adults enjoying their day and, while there, cleaned up the numerous syringes and other drug-type items that were near the water.
2:38 p.m. A dispatcher overheard a car full of girls singing “this is how you jiggle” during an accidental call to 911.
2:47 p.m. A horse suffering from separation anxiety ran back and forth in its field and whinnied, worrying one onlooker.
4:26 p.m. A “scruffy” looking biker was passing in no passing zones on Highway 206.
7:11 p.m. A woman on Rocky Meadows Loop reported that her elderly neighbor “low crawled” through her yard and poured gas on her lawn.
8:41 p.m. Someone called in to report that a herd of cattle were headed in the direction of Highway 35 in Bigfork.
12:28 a.m. An employee of a Hungry Horse bar reported that a small pack of stray children were across the street harassing everyone. They were told to go home.
