10:16 a.m. A Kalispell resident reported that someone placed an inappropriate personal ad on Craigslist using his telephone number.
11:00 a.m. A woman called from Highway 93 North to report that a semi truck driver nearly ran into her in a parking lot and then, when it pulled out onto the highway, ran a red light.
11:09 a.m. Someone attempted to burn down a building in a preservation area in Somers.
11:34 a.m. A Whitefish woman reported that two habitually loose chihuahuas were scurrying around in her yard. She stated that the dog owners laugh at her when she asks them to control their animals.
12:55 p.m. Two 9-year-old boys were seen jumping off of the roof of a cabin on Alpine Drive in Bigfork. According to the mother overseeing their activities, they survived and suffered no injuries.
1:34 p.m. A boxer type dog was loose on Konley Drive.
2:18 p.m. A resident on Creek View Drive in Whitefish reported that someone in a blue two-tone pickup barreled through his neighborhood, knocking over three trashcans and speeding through the neighbors’ yards.
2:22 p.m. A maintenance man watched a man in a cut-off T-shirt and red hat dump his ash tray out on Montclair Drive.
2:25 p.m. A Kalispell woman accused her neighbors of stealing her dog.
3:57 p.m. A Columbia Falls woman reported that an unknown number of cats are propagating under her house.
4:37 p.m. Someone called in to report that a black Lab or some other dumb-looking dog was on the loose on West Reserve Drive.
6:05 p.m. Someone reported that a recliner was lying in the middle of Highway 93 North.
6:12 p.m. Reportedly, a camper in Kila was damaged during an altercation that involved some sort of weapon.
11:12 p.m. Four kids were caught in a local park with a bottle of vodka. They were released to a responsible adult.
