Bigfork Museum of Art’s Pottery Exhibit

Exhibit reception planned for July 11

By Beacon Staff

The Bigfork Museum of Art and History will feature a nice cross-cut of Montana’s pottery artists in its latest exhibit, “Montana Pottery II.”

The show will run from July 11 to Aug. 9, and feature  more than 20 potters and clay artists from all over Montana. Building on the heritage left by the late David Shaner, the Bigfork Museum is proud to be the showcase for new and established artists working in clay.

All of the work on display is for sale, and a reception will be held on Friday July 11 for 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

For more information and images of the show go to www.bigforkmuseum.org or go to the museum’s Facebook page.
