7:46 a.m. A cat on Helena Flats Road was chased by a skinny, mutt-looking dog. The dog was picked up and taken to the animal shelter.
10:02 a.m. A man on Plantation Drive claimed that someone was lurking around in his driveway earlier that morning.
10:11 a.m. A man riding his bike down Aluminum Drive interrupted a dog during a frisbee game and was consequently bitten on the leg.
10:11 a.m. Reportedly, a cocker spaniel attempted to attack a pedestrian on Lakeside Boulevard. The pedestrian kicked at the dog, but did not make contact. No man or animal was injured.
10:40 a.m. An Aspen Court resident thought that it looked as though someone tried to pry his windows open.
10:58 a.m. Someone in Columbia Falls complained that the man who lives behind his Grandma is keeping at least thirteen dogs in his trailer.
2:21 p.m. An employee of a local grocery store reported that a man who was recently trespassed from the store ran into the store and stole some candy. The thief fled the scene on a child-sized bike prior to the call.
2:45 p.m. A Somers man called in to tell a “story” about his stalker. He estimated it would take approximately two hours to tell his tale.
3:07 p.m. A kalispell man called in to talk about his brothers.
3:41 p.m. A Kalispell man confessed to making threats to a local clinic in order to “stir up the doctors” and hopefully get his prescriptions filled. He was counseled on his flawed logic and apologized to the clinic staff.
4:30 p.m. A fluffy poodle thing was seen running down Highway 35 in Bigfork.
6:07 p.m. A husky on Ganz Road in Bigfork was hauled off to the slammer after killing numerous chickens. It was picked up in the morning by its owner.
7:32 p.m. Someone called from Commerce Street in Bigfork to report that college cheerleaders were staying nearby. Apparently, these cheerleaders and ones like them tend to cause trouble when they come into town.
9:57 p.m. A drunken woman called in from Bigfork to complain that her neighbors were yelling at her. A deputy arrived to find a lone drunken woman standing on the street yelling. She was asked to quite down as she was the only one in the neighborhood who appeared to be yelling.
12:13 a.m. Roping steers were on the loose near the drive in theater.
