Body Found Near Pablo Identified as Whitefish Man

PABLO – A body found near Pablo in northwestern Montana has been identified.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office identified the person as 69-year-old Bernard F. Carlson of Whitefish.

Sheriff’s office spokeswoman Karen Sargeant tells the Missoulian in a story on Saturday that the body was found Thursday next to a vehicle in a field.

Sargeant says the body has been taken to the crime lab in Missoula to determine the cause of death.

Sargeant says no foul play is suspected.
