9:00 a.m. Someone lost their car keys at the county fairgrounds.

10:03 a.m. An argument between two men on Highway 2 East resulted in one man spinning out in the other man’s newly groomed driveway.

10:43 a.m. A drunken woman in a black Firebird was seen swerving down Whitefish Stage.

11:19 a.m. Reportedly, a large hanging flower basket was dislodged and stolen from the building it was attached to on Highway 35 in Kalispell.

3:14 p.m. A local man reported that someone’s border collie was stationed in the back of his truck.

4:10 p.m. A complaint was made about a trampoline that had been set up in the middle of Highway 206 near Columbia Falls.

4:42 p.m. A Kila woman thought that her neighbor’s goats looked like easy targets for lurking predators.

8:22 p.m. A local man reported that someone has sent him numerous weird text messages from his old phone number.

8:54 p.m. A man on Greenridge Drive heard two gunshots. However, he didn’t think the shots sounded very “gunish,” maybe more like a nail gun. He didn’t know.

10:58 p.m. Two complaints were made about a likely intoxicated driver who had neglected to turn his headlights on and was driving southbound in the northbound lane of Highway 2 West.

1:01 a.m. A drunken Kalispell couple took turns locking each other out of the house.

3:12 a.m. A woman on Country Way reported that a strange, intoxicated woman in a fur coat had wondered into her house. At the time of the call the woman had passed out on the couch with the family’s German Shepherd sleeping at her feet.
