Zinke Understands Threats to America

I want the best possible representatives in place when the decisions have to be made to protect Montanans and other Americans

By Richard Griffin

ISIS is coming! ISIL is coming! Hamas is coming!

Whatever these radical Islamists call themselves, they are killing Americans and threatening to kill more while attempting to establish a worldwide Islamic State governed by Sharia Law.

Like many Montanans, I have experienced threats before.

When I was a kid I fended off the threats of the schoolyard bully by finding a pal who was bigger and meaner than the bully. No negotiating. The threat went away.

My father helped build the Minuteman missile sites around Great Falls because the Soviets were threatening to bury America. No negotiating. The threat went away.

We need to make the radical Islamist threats go away. We need a proper deterrent, which clearly is lacking currently. It is very likely we will have another major attack on our homeland before our government initiates an effective threat response. Our leadership in Washington does not seem committed to adequately protecting Montanans and other Americans.

I want the best possible representatives in place when the decisions have to be made to protect Montanans and other Americans from these dedicated radicals.

I want elected officials in place who understand the true nature of the threats and have experience formulating and activating meaningful and effective responses.

I want elected officials in place who have been leaders and understand the language and strategies of our defenders.

This is one reason why this coming election is so important to Montana. I want my member of the House of Representatives to have the ability to lead the efforts in Congress to protect and preserve our nation.

I want to help elect a proven leader who understands the threats verses another “community organizer” representing Montana in Washington, DC.

My choice for the House of Representatives member from Montana is Ryan Zinke. Please help get this proven leader elected so he can help lead the effort to make these threats go away.
