Officers Searching for 2-Year-Old Browning Boy

Tribal police say 31-year-old Tyler Crossguns took Hunter Crossguns on Oct. 3

The Blackfeet Tribal Police are seeking help in locating a 2-year-old Browning boy who was taken from his grandparents’ house by his father, who does not have custody.

Tribal police say 31-year-old Tyler Crossguns took Hunter Crossguns on Oct. 3. Officers say Tyler Crossguns uses methamphetamines and there is concern for Hunter’s safety.

Tyler Crossguns is a Native American, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He may be driving a white 1994 Ford F150 pickup with Montana license plate 38-9841A or a white 1990 Chevrolet pickup with an unknown plate.

Hunter Crossguns is 2 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 35 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes and was last seen wearing a gray and black shirt, Wrangler blue pants, a yellow jacket and black tennis shoes.
