Lone Pine State Park Hosts Women’s Ice Fishing Program

Montana State Parks is hosting an ice fishing program for women at Lone Pine State Park on Jan. 28 and Jan. 31.

This class is for beginning or intermediate anglers who want to learn the basics or improve their fishing skills. Participants must attend the evening class on Jan. 28 at Lone Pine State Park. Fishing on the ice will take place Saturday morning, Jan. 31, at a location near Kalispell. Participants do not need a fishing license as this class has been issued a license exemption.  The class fee is $10 and all ice fishing equipment and supplies will be provided.
