Summer Experience Kicks Off

Start off your summer with challenges that will make you feel like a superhero

By ImagineIF Libraries

Beginning June 8, ImagineIF Libraries will kick off Summer Experience 2015 for children and teens. Sponsored by Park Side Credit Union, Summer Experience is a free program that encourages youth to enjoy books and adventures all summer long. This year’s programs are all about superheroes, with super activities and super special guests including Wild Wings, the USGS Northern Rocky Mountain Science Center and Athena Duo violinists.

Participants from infants through teens entering 12th grade can take home an activity log that suggests thought-provoking and exciting activities, encouraging them to explore their imaginations and the world around them. Youth and families may sign up at any ImagineIF location: Bigfork, Columbia Falls, Kalispell or Marion.

Prizes for completing the activity log include books, waterpark passes, ice cream and other cool stuff. Grand prizes are a Micro Mini Kick Scooter or $25 to the Imagination Station for children from birth—entering kindergarten; a Razor Electric Dune Buggy or $25 to the Imagination Station for children entering grades 1-5; and one $350 Visa gift card and three $50 Visa gift cards for teens entering grades 6-12.
