An 85-year-old Somers woman was killed in a car accident on Best View Drive on Tuesday, according to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office.
Shirley E. Crary was the only occupant of the vehicle when it went off the road and struck a retaining barrier at about 11:15 a.m. on Aug. 25. Crary was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Montana Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident.
