The Flathead Valley Community College Alumni and Ambassadors Association invites FVCC graduates, former students and supporters of the college and their families to its third annual FVCC Alumni and Friends Social Oct. 22 from 6 to 8 p.m. at The Rack Shack in Somers.
The event will feature food and microbrews from Tamarack Brewing Company, live ‘80s hits and more by FVCC faculty Nick Spear of the New Wave Time Trippers, a 50/50 raffle to support FVCC student scholarships. Guests will have the opportunity to have their photo taken with FVCC’s mascot, Timber.
Each guest 21 years of age and older will receive one complimentary Tamarack beer. Additional bar beverages will be available for purchase. FVCC alumni shirts and coffee packages, featuring FVCC alumni mugs and FVCC Campus Grounds exclusive blend donated by Cravens Coffee, also will be available for purchase.
Tickets to the event are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Advance tickets can be purchased online at www.fvcc.edu/alumnisocial or in the FVCC Foundation Office in Blake Hall Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
