HELENA— Authorities say a man and a woman have died after the motorcycle they were riding collided with a pickup truck in Helena.
The Independent Record reports the Lewis and Clark County coroner’s office has identified the victims in Monday’s crash as 53-year-old Craig George Joseph Marple and 44-year-old Davine Suzanne Price.
Authorities say a preliminary investigation suggests that the collision happened when the driver of the truck, which was in front of the motorcycle, tried to make a right-hand turn.
The truck driver was not injured in the crash.
The latest traffic deaths were the fifth and sixth in the area since the end of August.
The crash continues to be investigated.
