No Serious Injuries in School Bus Accident Near Somers

Collision happened at intersection of U.S. Highway 93 and Montana Highway 82 near Somers

A school bus collided with a large truck at the intersection of U.S. Highway 93 and Montana Highway 82 near Somers on Wednesday afternoon.

Although there were children on the bus at the time of the collision, no one was seriously injured, according to Somers Fire Department Assistant Chief Jeremy Hayes.

The accident occurred shortly before 2 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon and blocked multiple lanes of traffic. The Montana Department of Transportation said that travelers should expect delays of 15 to 30 minutes going through that area.
