Recognizing the need to connect homeowners and realtors with trusted home service providers, two local realtors have launched a digital referral catalog.
Flathead Home Services is a free trusted referral source of home service professionals that was recently created by Melinda Morton and Chris Fraser, of Keller Williams Realty Northwest Montana.
The company offers an array of pre-screened service providers to refer out, with areas of specialty running the gamut – window washing, house or pet sitting, yard clean-up, remodels, handyman services, new builds, flooring, home inspections, mortgage lending, insurance services, and more.
Similar to other referral sites like Home Advisor and Angie’s List, Morton stressed that Flathead Home Services is hyper-local – “kind of like a friend who highly recommends someone to you.”
“We have done the homework for you and feel confident that the service professionals in our network are reliable, capable, trustworthy,” according to a press release.
