Suspicious Man

7:42 a.m. A local man reported that a neighbor pawned his chainsaw after borrowing if from his father-in-law, who had earlier borrowed it form him. Apparently, the neighbor man later attempted to return the chainsaw, but it was the wrong one.

11:31 a.m. A woman on Patriot Way saw two dogs.

12:24 p.m. Two black labs and an Irish setter were digging holes in a pasture off of Helena Flats Road.

2:26 p.m. A drunken beer thief attempted to peddle pills to customers in a Kalispell gas station.

3:20 p.m. A frightened Columbia Falls woman reported that a man from “dish” knocked on her door and asked to come inside.

5:25 p.m. A man was perched in a tree near an abandoned house on Third Avenue West.
