The A.R.M. meet in Whitefish is April 30

The high school track season is hitting stride. The A.R.M. meet in Whitefish is April 30, Archie Roe at Legends Stadium is May 7 and the Polson ABC meet is May 14.

Here’s a roundup of our local athletes who rank near the top in the state as of April 25, according to Montanatrack.com.

BOYS

Flathead’s Bobby Lowry ranks fifth overall in the 100 with a time of 11.08.

Columbia Falls’ Tanner Dana (22.58) ranks fifth overall in the 200.

Flathead junior Jaden Anderson (2:00.10) ranks seventh overall in the 800.

Flathead senior Jake Perrin (4:16.54) ranks first in 1600. Flathead’s Jacob Calles (4:32.59) ranks eighth.

Perrin (9:02.49) also ranks first in the 3200. His younger brother, Ben, ranks fourth with 9:41.42. Bigfork senior Logan Morley (9:42.99) ranks fifth. Columbia Falls’ Sage Wanner (9:44.50) ranks eighth.

Glacier’s Aaron Robinson (14.69) ranks third overall in the 110 hurdles. Polson’s Jacob Clairmont (15.19) ranks eighth.

Robinson (39.07) ranks fourth in the 300 hurdles and Clairmont (39.75) ranks sixth.

Robinson (21-4) also ranks sixth in the long jump.

The Columbia Falls boys 1600 relay team (3:29.08) ranks third and Glacier (3:29.55) ranks fifth.

Flathead’s Keaton Krantz (43-2) ranks sixth in the triple jump. Eureka’s Lucas Blankers (43-1) ranks seventh.

Troy’s Sean Opland (6-5) ranks fourth in the high jump.

Flathead’s Josh McCracken (50-7) ranks fourth in the shot put.

McCracken also ranks sixth in the discus.

Whitefish’s Luke May (205-4) ranks first in the javelin. Columbia Falls’ Dakota Bridwell (190-5) ranks fourth.

GIRLS

Glacier’s Annie Hill (2:13.04) ranks second in the 800. Bigfork’s Bryn Morley (2:18.07) ranks fifth.

Hill (4:44.67) also ranks second in the 1600 and Morley (5:03.86) ranks third. Flathead’s Gillian Maness (5:09.05) ranks sixth and teammate Kaitlin Wride (5:11.05) is eighth.

Hill holds the top times in the 3200 with 10:14 at Arcadia in Los Angeles and 10:31.14 at the Flathead-Glacier Dual. Maness (11:13.58) ranks third.

Glacier’s Ahna Kreitinger (46.67) ranks second in the 300 hurdles. Bigfork’s Mattison McAnally (46.93) ranks fifth.

The Glacier girls 1600 relay team (4:07.54) ranks third.

Columbia Falls’ Ashley Caffrey (10-6) ranks fifth in the pole vault.

Plains’ Leah Thompson (40-4) ranks first in the shot put. Glacier’s Nikki Krueger (38-4.5) ranks fifth.

Thompson (139-0) also ranks first in the discus and Krueger (119-11) is sixth.

Plains’ Kimberly Earhart (142-4) leads the state in the javelin. Polson’s Mariah Corrigan (133-5) is fifth.
