Polson Man Struck by a Vehicle and Killed Over the Weekend

Police Chief Wade Nash says man was not in a crosswalk when he was hit by a car

POLSON – Police in Polson say a 64-year-old man was struck and killed by a vehicle on U.S. Highway 93 in front of a grocery store.

KERR-AM reports the collision happened at about 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

Police Chief Wade Nash says Roger Bordeaux was not in a crosswalk when he was hit by a car driven by a 62-year-old woman.

Bordeaux was taken to the hospital in Polson and later airlifted to Kalispell Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
