Speeding Minivan

7:22 a.m. A schnauzer wearing a cone on its head was spotted on the corner of Main Street and East Idaho Street.

10:58 a.m. Someone reported that a gray-haired man wearing purple pants and a wool jacket was riding his bike down Eighth Avenue West North, casing businesses.

11:00 a.m. A woman called from West Valley Acres to report that her vehicle window had been shot out sometime during the night.

1:06 p.m. Someone in a burgundy Tahoe was driving erratically, but did stop at a red light.

1:32 p.m. Someone saw two dogs and one goat on Vonderheide Lane.

3:05 p.m. An employee of a casino on Highway 2 East in Kalispell reported that weird people had been wandering in and out. One of them was wearing devil horns and carrying a baseball bat.

4:16 p.m. Someone in a silver vehicle tossed a Coke can out their window before pulling into the parking lot of a local fast food joint.

4:49 p.m. A woman on Woodland Drive complained that a man was at her house an hour ago trying to sell “alarm things.”

5:20 p.m. A Somers man reported that another man who lives in his neighborhood was on his property building a fence.

5:59 p.m. A hound dog was dragging a long chain along Eagle View Drive. It was picked up and taken to the animal shelter.

8:17 p.m. A local man reported that his wife called him from Plantation Road claiming that a big white goose was standing in the middle of the road, in front of the zebra, refusing to move.

8:18 p.m. Someone reported that a mom in a minivan was “blasting” though town at a high rate of speed.
