Troy Man Killed in Motorcycle Collision with Deer

Ronald Kitchens died as a result of the injuries sustained in the crash last week

A 55-year-old Troy man died after a motorcycle crash involving a deer on Aug. 15 on Montana Highway 56.

The Montana Highway Patrol says Ronald Kitchens died as a result of the injuries sustained in the crash last week. Kitchens was driving on Bull Lake Road when his motorcycle crashed into a deer on the rider. The crash was reported around 9 p.m.

ALERT air ambulance flew Kitchens to Kalispell Regional Medical Center, where he later died. He was not wearing a helmet and alcohol is not suspected, according to Highway Patrol.
