Ohs’ Body Shop, with four locations in the Flathead Valley, has been under new ownership since June 2015, and is in the throes of updating nearly every aspect of its business.
Dusty Clark Von Riese and his wife Ashley moved from Billings last year to take over the body shop and towing business from the Ohs family. The couple had worked to save their money in the hopes of buying their own company, and Clark Von Riese said at the time of the purchase, Ohs was the largest such business in the industry up listed for sale in the U.S.
“We purchased a well-established brand that needed updating,” he said.
This includes everything from light remodeling to putting a lot of investment into the staff, which meant increasing pay and reducing turnover. Ohs staffs 40 employees.
