‘A Christmas Story’ at the O’Shaughnessy Center

All of the elements from the beloved movie are here

By Beacon Staff

Based on the classic 1983 motion picture, A Christmas Story is the comedy gift you will cherish all holiday long! In 1940’s Indiana, a bespectacled boy named Ralphie Parker has a big imagination and one wish for Christmas – a Red Ryder Carbine-Action 200-shot Range Model Air Rifle. Ralphie pleads his case before his mother, his teacher and even Santa Claus himself, only to hear the consistent response: “You’ll shoot your eye out!”

All of the elements from the beloved movie are here. A Christmas Story is a show that the whole family will enjoy.

Show dates are Dec. 1-4, 9-11, and 16-18 at the O’Shaughnessy Center in Whitefish. Thursday through Saturday shows are at 7:30 p.m. Sunday shows are at 4 p.m. Tickets are $18 for adults, $16 seniors and $10 students.
