Woman’s Body Found Frozen Outside of Her Helena Home

The woman in her 60s was found under snow Wednesday afternoon

HELENA – Authorities are investigating the death of a woman who was found frozen outside of her Helena home.

The Independent Record reports the woman in her 60s, whose name has not been released, was found under snow Wednesday afternoon, and an autopsy is planned.

Lewis and Clark County Coroner Bryan Backeberg says he is trying to find the woman’s family members to inform them of the death.

No other information was released.
