Now in its 10th year, this unique program allows guests to experience exceptional fine dining while supporting culinary students as they complete their first-year internships. Patrons will enjoy light hors d’oeuvres and a multi-course meal prepared, plated and served by the students under the direction of Chef Shannon Hayashi. Menus are available online and reservations are required.
