Dispute Over a Hug

9:01 a.m. A Kalispell woman found her son’s stolen Nintendo at a local pawnshop.

9:33 a.m. A child was sobbing.

10:14 a.m. Family drama was unfolding in Columbia Falls.

10:24 a.m. Three chainsaws were stolen in Kalispell.

10:32 a.m. An elderly Hungry Horse man dialed 911 while trying to “figure out” his new cell phone.

12:17 p.m. A local man said his boat was stolen from his girlfriend’s house and now he was thinking she had something to do with it.

12:30 p.m. A Kalispell man was trying to rent his shed as an apartment.

2:28 p.m. Someone smelled weed in Kalispell.

2:38 p.m. A Kalispell man said two teenagers stole one of his shovels and had video to prove it.

3:20 p.m. A Bigfork resident called 911 because he just turned 18 and wanted to learn more about his newly acquired rights.

3:21 p.m. A family was skipping through a grocery store parking lot.

4:30 p.m. A Kalispell resident said they purchased a poodle online but it never showed up in the mail.

5:54 p.m. A man almost fell asleep while standing in Kalispell.

6:50 p.m. Someone was almost shot because of a hug. Meth was involved.

7:32 p.m. A 15-year-old was “losing it.”

8:25 p.m. A Kalispell resident reported a suspicious vehicle driving around town with one headlight. The driver of the suspicious vehicle was also firing fireworks out of the window.

9:51 p.m. An 8-year-old who was trying to play music on their parents’ iPhone called 911 instead.

11:25 p.m. An Olney man tried to stop to men from driving because he thought they were too intoxicated. They beat him up.
