HELENA — Two Frontier Conference men’s basketball coaches are changing jobs.

Carroll College’s Carson Cunningham was named the head coach at NCAA Division I Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas, on Thursday while Montana-Western coach Steve Keller will be the new coach at the University of Providence in Great Falls, which is also in the Frontier Conference.

Cunningham had coached high school basketball before being hired at Carroll. His teams posted a 107-52 record in five seasons and advanced to the NAIA national tournament in each of the past three seasons. Former Carroll College President Dr. Tom Evans is the president at Incarnate Word.

Keller has been the head coach at Montana-Western for 11 seasons, where his teams posted a 231-124 record and qualified for the NAIA national tournament eight times.
