We wish to thank the Board of Trustees of School District No. 5 and Mark Flatau, superintendent of Kalispell High School District for allowing the public comment period on the proposed cell tower lease with Verizon and taking the time to review all the comments and information regarding the pros and cons of the lease.
We applaud you for your efforts and appreciate your informed decision to reject the proposed cell tower lease with Verizon in your May 15 school board meeting.
Again, we wish to thank the board and Mr. Flatau for your very apparent care and desire to provide the best opportunities for our students, for your efforts, fiscal responsibility, and for the many hours of dedicated service given generously by the highly qualified volunteer board. We appreciate all you do to ensure our children have the best, safest, and most productive education possible.
