Party Boat Adrift

8:53 a.m. A toddler called 911 and hung up.

12:15 p.m. The manager at a Bigfork grocery store was not impressed with a bad parking job in the parking lot during the parade.

1:48 p.m. Someone in Kalispell reported people shooting fireworks off a bridge and that it was scaring local dogs.

1:53 p.m. A gun was stolen off a yacht.

3:40 p.m. A man floating the river accidentally called 911 to let them in on the fun.

4:40 p.m. Someone in a tan minivan in Columbia Falls was reportedly shooting fireworks into the tree line.

5:17 p.m. Dispatch heard singing and chants of “chug, chug, chug” on an accidental 911 call.

6:38 p.m. Someone in Bigfork thought an ambulance might be needed because a man “got a head start on drinking” and was completely out of it on the porch.

6:49 p.m. Two dogs were celebrating their freedom by running down Highway 2.

8:18 p.m. A woman called to report that her party’s boat was busted and they couldn’t get to shore, and that everyone on the boat was drunk.

8:58 p.m. A man in Bigfork was concerned his neighbors were igniting propane bombs. When officers responded, they found a Canadian with a “propane cannon.”

11:28 p.m. The Dam Town Tavern was visited by a man looking for a fight. With anyone.

11:50 p.m. Someone stole a man’s phone in Hungry Horse. The man tracked their location and wanted a deputy present so they didn’t “shoot mortars” at his truck.

11:52 p.m. There was loud music playing in West Glacier, and the caller was reminded 911 is only for emergencies.
