Real Estate Market Trends: Second Quarter Residential Sales

Kalispell is higher than last year’s second quarter for all but two ranges

Let’s look at trends for median Flathead single-family residence sales (by original list price ranges in $49,999 ranges), for second quarter (2Qtr, April through June) of 2017 and 2018, and let’s include the two-year median sold prices too — for select cities in northern Flathead County.

Bigfork looks strong; Kalispell is higher than last year’s second quarter for all but two ranges; Columbia Falls beats the two-year median for 2/3 of the ranges; Whitefish has upticks from $350,000 through $549,999.
