Bodies of Man, Woman Found in Helena House

The area was sealed off as a crime scene, but authorities said they were not actively looking for a suspect

HELENA — Authorities in Montana are investigating two bodies found inside a Helena house.

The Helena Police Department said officers were called to the house in the central part of the city at about 10 a.m. Monday and found the bodies of a man and woman inside.

The area was sealed off as a crime scene, but authorities said they were not actively looking for a suspect and there was no immediate threat to public safety.

The identities of the deceased were not immediately released.
