How many months of inventory (at the last year consumption rate) by range and in order (low range to high): 4, 3, 4, 8, 8, 8, 12, 15 and 16.

Minimum/average/maximum percentage of original list price, for active properties by range and in order (low range to high): 95/100/111%, 82/98/100%, 85/98/101%, 87/98/104%, 87/99/105%, 80/98/103%, 87/99/109%, 80/97/102%, 82/97/100%.

Minimum/average/maximum percentage of original list price, for properties sold this past 12 months by range and in order (low range to high): 82/99/109%, 68/97/161%, 82/97/113%, 75/97/110%, 66/95/106%, 77/95/120%, 80/94/101%, 66/95/104%, 66/93/101%.
