Months after taking fourth place at the Winter Olympics in slopestyle skiing, Whitefish native Maggie Voisin capped a memorable 2018 by claiming third at a Dew Tour event in Breckenridge, Colorado from Dec. 13-16.

Voisin earned 164.34 points at the Dew Tour competition, just behind second-place finisher Tess Ledeux (165.67). Kelly Sildaru won the event with 185.67 points.

Voisin began 2018 by winning gold at the X Games in January, becoming the first American woman to do so in slopestyle skiing. Voisin has twice qualified for the Winter Olympics, first making the U.S. team in 2014 at just 15 years old.
