Kalispell Lakers Holding Sign-Up Meeting Jan. 30

15- to 18-year-old players sought for American Legion baseball teams

Prospective baseball players age 15 to 18 are invited to the Kalispell Lakers annual sign-up meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 30 at 6 p.m. at the Flathead Electric offices in Evergreen.

Players attending are encouraged to register in advance at www.kalispelllakers.org and must bring a parent or legal guardian, payment of $175, a certified copy of their birth certificate and a copy of a current sports physical to the sign-up.

The Lakers are Kalispell’s American Legion program and offered Class AA, A and B level teams in 2018. They also hosted the Montana-Alberta State Tournament at Griffin Field last summer. For more information, call Toby Liechti at (406) 270-8827.
