This chart shows the median sold price percentage of original list price for Flathead County single-family residence sales the past 14 months – by original list price range (for example: $150,000 through $199,999).
Selling or buying in the $350,000 to $399,999 range? These homes had the most consistent sales price percentage of original list price – almost always between 95 and 97 percent. As you might imagine, the cheapest homes are in the highest demand; $150,000 to $199,999 homes are the only ones with median sold price percentages over 100 percent (they got more than they were asking). The next cheapest price range was at 100 percent almost half of the time.
