Jackie Fuller Headlines Whitefish Hall of Fame Class

Former volleyball coach and activities director inducted on Jan. 17 along with two others

Former volleyball coach Jackie Fuller was one of three Bulldogs inducted into the Whitefish High School Hall of Fame on Friday, Jan. 17.

Fuller was the Bulldogs’ head volleyball coach for 22 years and led Whitefish to Class A state championships in 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005 and 2006. She also coached for five years at Shelby High School, winning a Class B title there in 1988. Fuller was inducted into the Montana Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2008.

Joining Fuller in the Whitefish Hall of Fame are Marrin (Audet) Hafner and John Kalbfleisch. Hafner was a four-year letter winner in volleyball and basketball from 1998-2002. Kalbfleisch has been providing medical support from the sidelines at Bulldogs athletic events since 1990.
