3 Arrested in Death of 12-year-old Boy in West Yellowstone

BOZEMAN — Three people have been arrested on suspicion of deliberate homicide in the death of a 12-year-old boy near West Yellowstone.

Gallatin County Sheriff Brian Gootkin said the suspects, including a juvenile male, are scheduled to appear in Justice Court on Thursday morning in Bozeman. They were booked into jail on Wednesday.

The juvenile male is an uncle to Hurley, but the sheriff’s office did not indicate if the man and the woman who were arrested might be related to the victim.
