With wildlife habitat disappearing everywhere at an alarming rate due to development, it is a great relief to find that the public now has this opportunity. Grassroots preservation efforts for the Badger-Two Medicine started over 30 years ago and have built an ever increasing coalition as time goes on. This beautiful landscape has long been used by the Blackfeet, hunters, hikers, anglers, packers, ranchers and recreationalists.
This is an opportunity to both protect an area that is home to an abundance of wildlife including grizzly bears and to preserve the landscape for future generations. We are fortunate in Montana to have the benefit of these types of recreational areas.
