CI-128 is Unnecessary

Abortion is already legal in Montana up to viability

We are writing to strongly urge anyone reading this to vote NO on the upcoming ballot initiative CI-128. 

First of all, this initiative is completely unnecessary, as abortion is already legal in Montana up to viability. 

Second, viability is actually a very poor standard, as the humanity of an unborn baby does not change regardless of age, as it is present at conception. 

Please vote NO on CI-128!
