Possible Fugitive Sightings and Cat Taken

7:57 a.m. A new transient headquarters has been set up behind the new Super Walmart on U.S. Highway 93.

8:35 a.m. A Marion man called in to report that as he was on the phone with his wife he heard a pounding on the door and the line went dead. Deputies checked on the woman and she was fine.

8:55 a.m. Cows stood in the road on MT Highway 83.

9:19 a.m. Someone called in from Martin City to report a suspicious van with Utah plates heading toward East Glacier. In light of recent events, the caller worried the van might contain two fugitives.

9:42 a.m. A woman called in from Lakeside to complain about the four kids in her yard that had beat her four wheeler with sticks and flipped her off.

9:50 a.m. Things were stolen from a tourist rental home in Kalispell months ago.

10:30 a.m. A suspicious man rode down Holt Stage on a skateboard while cradling a baby.

10:46 a.m. A cat was stolen in Coram.

1:46 p.m. A Kalispell resident is sick of the people that cut across his yard all the time.

2:06 p.m. Someone from Somers called in because someone had called and told him they were going to knock his teeth out.

3:27 p.m. Bogus checks were written in Coram.

6:30 p.m. A naked man was spotted standing on the road next to his vehicle in Bigfork.

8:29 p.m. A Kalispell resident claimed that his very drunk neighbor had been shooting at this dogs. He wanted advice.

11:12 p.m. Someone on Lower Valley Road called in to complain about a driver who had suspiciously pulled into a ditch and turned their lights off.

12:36 a.m. Someone called in from Helena Flats Road because a person was banging on all the doors and windows of their house. The intruder turned out to be a son who had come home early.

2:58 a.m. Another caller worried about Arizona fugitives reported a man and a woman riding their bikes down Highway 2 East.

5:28 a.m. A runaway juvenile was found.
