Healthy Baby Found in Billings Hospital Bathroom

BILLINGS – Police in Billings are investigating after someone left a newborn baby in a bathroom at St. Vincent Healthcare.

Sgt. Neil Lawrence says police were called to the hospital at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday after someone found the baby wrapped in a towel and lying on the floor.

St. Vincent spokeswoman Danielle Grusonik says the infant is in stable condition in the hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit.

Officials have not said if the infant is a boy or a girl.
