Lincoln County law enforcement officials are seeking information about a 15-year-old girl who was last seen in Libby on Jan. 26.
Authorities initially believed Selena Shriner had run away from home, but in recent days they have listed her as missing and endangered on the National Crime Information Center database, according to Sheriff Roby Bowe.
Shriner was last seen with an adult male who she might have been dating, according to Bowe. The sheriff said law enforcement officials have been in sporadic contact with the man but have not gathered any useful information from him. Rumors that Shriner was in Spokane have turned up false, Bowe said.
“We’re following all leads but we have been unable to pin anything down,” Bowe said.
Shriner has blond hair and is about 5 feet, 2 inches tall.
If anyone has any information about Shriner’s whereabouts, they are encouraged to call the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office at (406) 293-4112.
