8:09 a.m. Stomach cramps sent a 72-year-old man to the hospital.
8:36 a.m. A student at an alternative school was out of control. His probation officer authorized his removal from school and sent him to the detention center.
9:12 a.m. A man, who has a $20,000 warrant out for his arrest, was spotted near some train tracks.
9:53 a.m. Someone was driving a vehicle that was ablaze on U.S. Highway 2. The driver eventually pulled off the road – it was too late to salvage the car, though.
11:29 a.m. An individual was bothering people on Caroline Lane. No report as to what the annoyance was, but it stopped when law enforcement became involved.
11:30 a.m. Someone on U.S. Highway 93 received a call from someone stating, “You’re dead. I’m going to kill you.”
12:09 p.m. A 60-year-old woman fell and hit her head. She was OK.
1:58 p.m. A Columbia Falls man called law enforcement and told them that the next creditor who showed up at his house would be shot. He then informed the law he wouldn’t shoot them, but for some reason he became worried that law enforcement was going to kill him, so he asked his wife to remove all the guns from the home.
2:13 p.m. A border collie was captured on Berne Road in Columbia Falls.
4:26 p.m. A head gasket blew on Birch Grove.
4:28 p.m. A 70-year-old man, who recently had oral surgery, was bleeding from the mouth.
5:22 p.m. A pit bull was chasing a moose in the Marion Area. The moose escaped and the dog went to the neighbor’s to harass their dogs.
6:46 p.m. A man thinks his roommate pawned some of his things.
6:52 p.m. A turkey with an arrow sticking out of its body was spotted on Tamarack Lane in Columbia Falls.
6:29 p.m. A man, who was wearing baggy blue jeans, a black shirt, and black hat, drove off in a green pinto.
8:03 p.m. Someone saw a young man with black hair, who was wearing a hood, walking down 16th street in Columbia Falls.
10:20 p.m. A semi and three vehicles were involved in an accident near Essex. AlLERT was called four times but was unable to fly because of weather. Injuries included broken bones and facial lacerations, but all the parties involved were conscious.
10:38 p.m. An elderly woman was kicked off the train in Whitefish after she smacked some other patrons. Her mental health was called into question.
11:48 p.m. A diabetic man, who had been drinking at a bar in Columbia Falls all night, was reportedly, “slashing around in his car.” He was taken to the hospital.
3:11 a.m. A Dell computer was stolen from a man who says he knows who and where it is.
