Annoying Roosters

6:50 a.m. A flag went missing from its pole on Church Drive.

10:12 a.m. A Whitefish resident complained that the neighbor’s barking dogs are annoying, but the roosters are even worse.

11:01 a.m. A woman called from Farm to Market Road to report that she had just watched a man on the side of the road waving a gun in the air. The man didn’t seem to be arguing with anyone or particularly upset and eventually got back in his car and left.

12:17 p.m. An un-catchable Yorkie type dog remains free and at large in the Valley View Drive area.

12:59 p.m. A woman on McMannamy Draw reported that a young man walked onto her property, pulled a handgun out of its holster, and threatened to shoot her dog.

2:24 p.m. A bicyclist wearing a backpack and a fisherman’s cap may or may not have been hit by a vehicle. Either way, he was not injured and peddled away from the alleged incident.

2:46 p.m. Two 10-year-old blonde boys were seen sitting in the middle of Harmony Road.

2:54 p.m. A small white curly-haired dog was seen running down Two Mile Drive.

4:42 p.m. A complaint was made about a rowdy group of transients who were playing music in the trees off of Railway Street in Whitefish.

4:48 p.m. A man on Second Street West complained that the neighbor boy has been shooting the squirrels out of his trees.

6:01 p.m. A Kalispell woman claimed that her rear fender had been kicked in.

8:06 p.m. A woman on North Somers Road believes her landlord stole her iPad.
