Slingshot Trouble

9:20 a.m. An intoxicated man on Highway 35 in Kalispell reported that his girlfriend is with has been keeping company with an “idiot.” He wondered if a deputy could retriever her.

10:25 a.m. A deaf dachshund with Texas roots has gone missing from its Whitefish home.

11:18 a.m. A local woman believes her dog was recently forced to fight for food.

11:20 a.m. A gate on Scary Tree Trail was, reportedly, intentionally rammed with a large, moving object.

1:42 p.m. A woman claimed that her ex-friend entered her home uninvited and stole her phone. She called back later after she found her phone.

2:00 p.m. A local man complained that a friend of a friend has been posting hurtful lies on Facebook.

2:16 p.m. A man on Double Lake Lane complained that his neighbors used profanity and high volume yelling to verbalize their irritation with his dogs.

5:06 p.m. Reportedly, the stray dogs in Somers only come out at night and are becoming increasingly aggressive toward humans.

5:11 p.m. An Echo Chalet Drive reported that six small children just drove by on one full-sized four wheeler.

6:08 p.m. A group of young boys were spotted smoking pot on Adams Street in Lakeside.

8:10 p.m. Someone driving through Kalispell reported that a boy in a red Blazer used his sling shot to nail his car with a marble.

8:42 p.m. A realtor who was trying to show a home in the Kila area complained that the showing was interrupted when the drunken neighbor man stumbled around his yard and shot a gun into the air.

9:03 p.m. A Kalispell resident reported that the neighbor’s pig is at large again. At the time of the call it was running free, tormenting their dogs.

11:15 p.m. Someone saw a young man standing on a street corner holding what looked like an axe, or possibly a stick. It was a stick.

3:24 a.m. A man called from Hungry Horse to report that his girlfriend threw a tire iron threw his window.
