TeleTech is going to boost hiring in Kalispell as part of the global company’s ongoing expansion.

Company officials announced Monday that they will be looking to fill 195 new openings in the next few weeks at the Kalispell site.

Two open house hiring events are scheduled for Oct. 14 and Oct. 21. The events will take place at TeleTech’s office, 1203 Highway 2 West in Kalispell, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The company, which opened its call center in Kalispell in 2004 and employs nearly 350 people locally, has recently increased its wages and expanded performance incentives, along with boosting its training and full-time benefit packages, according to the company. There is also tuition assistance and a tuition reimbursement program.

The 195 positions being hired will be entry-level jobs that pay $12.25 per hour, according to company officials.

“These positions are great for students, people with customer service experience and those looking to start a career with TeleTech, as they involving working with a major financial institution,” the company stated in its announcement.

Founded in 1982, TeleTech is a business process outsourcing company based in Englewood, Colorado. The company has created more than 3,100 U.S.-based jobs in the past 18 months and opened six new sites as a result of increased client need in the healthcare and financial services industries.

“Our growth in the U.S. reflects the increasing demand for exceptional customer experience in every industry, especially healthcare and financial services,” Ken Tuchman, chairman and chief executive officer of TeleTech, said in a news release. “We are proud to be expanding our business in these two complex industries and have invested heavily in sourcing and training to provide resources that are certified to deliver services in these markets.”
