Grounded Boy

9:52 a.m. An “extremely irate” Columbia Falls man complained that the neighbor’s dogs are always in his yard and he feels he needs to arm himself with a bat when he goes outside.

10:22 a.m. A Bando Lane woman reported that her neighbor is missing a pair of shoes. She suspects the suspicious kids who band together and roam her neighborhood.

11:40 a.m. Dogs were seen chasing deer down Main Street in Hungry Horse.

1:25 p.m. A Hungry Horse resident complained that something that looked like a great dane was in his front yard.

1:48 p.m. A Rottweiler wearing a collar and trailing a shredded leash was picked up on Nicholson Drive and returned to her owner.

3:25 p.m. A 10-year-old boy called 911 to report that he was grounded and stuck in his room. They boy was safe in his room, but suffered the loss of his cell phone.

4:48 p.m. Gunshots were heard behind the old Walmart.

6:52 p.m. An Evergreen woman reported that her ex-boyfriend “sucker punched” her new boyfriend and smashed the windshield of his car.

7:01 p.m. A Kalispell woman reported that her ex-boyfriend was withholding one of her receipts.
