6:21 a.m. A chainsaw was reported stolen out of the back of a truck on Ezy Drive.

8:37 a.m. A lone and limping blue healer was found on Trumble Creek Loop and taken to the animal shelter.

8:45 a.m. A local man reported that his wife took his stuff and hid it. He found one of the larger items, but the rest remains hidden.

12:40 p.m. A driver on La Brant Road watched the passenger of another car steer the wheel while the driver focused on texting.

1:48 p.m. A bicyclist on Helena Flats Road flagged down a deputy to report that he was nearly run down by a reckless driver.

8:38 p.m. A Columbia Falls resident is missing a pair of sunglasses and some clothes.

9:19 p.m. A potentially drunken driver drove his pickup into a tree on Fourteenth Street East. Someone thought there was a small explosion. No one was injured.

10:09 p.m. A resident on West Reserve Drive can’t find her Xbox. She suspects someone broke in and stole it.

10:10 p.m. A scuffle between two Hungry Horse women resulted in some severe biting and one severed finger.
