Accidental Phone Calls

7:33 a.m. A pickup topper that was lying in the middle of Highway 2 West was pulled out of the road.

9:07 a.m. A Frontage Road resident reported that someone rummaged through his car during the night, but nothing was taken.

10:20 a.m. Someone caused a scene at the local animal shelter.

11:22 a.m. An aggressive black lab on Elk Park Drive was sprayed with bear spray after charging a man who was walking by its house.

12:45 p.m. Men were overheard talking about helicopters and football during an accidental phone call to 911.

7:05 p.m. A woman reported that someone with no headlights was chasing her down Highway 2 East.

11:07 p.m. Someone speeding down East Idaho Street ran a red light.

11:47 p.m. A woman accidentally called 911 numerous times and, during one such call, said a prayer out loud and informed dispatch that she is “too old to mess with this.”
